4. Return Shipping
- Defective or Wrong Items: We will arrange for a free pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
- Buyer's Remorse: If you are returning a product for reasons other than damage or defect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
